These skates are pretty stiff, but I got used to that. You also have to tie them pretty tight for them to fit against your foot. They’re fine for if you’re skating right on the blade, but after being looked at by a professional, horrible for edges. I’ve been doing forwards and backwards crossovers on skates that aren’t meant to do that, so now I need to get new ones. You also can’t change the blade placement because the front plate is permanently down, it doesn’t have removable screws. Just something to think about if you’re buying these for long term or for skating classes like I did.

These skates are really nice. They took about 4 classes to break in and get comfy. But now they are great. Bought for my 8 year old. She wears a size 2.5-3 shoe. Size 4 skates are perfect.

I decided to write this review to help those who are undecided on what size to get!Btw, they came perfect no damages, and super comfortable.So, I’m a size 6 in flats and 6.5 in heels, my feet is narrow with a high arch.I ordered a size down (Size 5) ice skates and they are perfect. I did measure my feet beforehand and my feet was 9 inches exactly.So Size Women 6 = Ice Skates size 5.Hope this helps!
