The light fixtures I bought for our off grid cabin made the lights dim because the bulb was so deep in the fixtures, by adding these extensions the lights were much brighter as shown in the pictures. One is without the extension, the other has the extension

Extenders worked well for our security cameras. They extended to far though and would not stay part way up with the weight of the cams. Had to tape around the upper to lower portion. One time easy 'fix'.

The light in my garage was behind a covered duct which mean thalf the light was blocked. This simple solution allowed me to drop the bulb down and get some light where it was pretty dim. I can see in all those corners that were in shadow. Now I can also see that I have to do some cleaning!! NO seriously well made, seems as if it will last a long time and very cost effective.

It's a novel idea to have this type of device where one needs to lower their light fixture a few inches. The device works great; however, the adjustable length of the device is a little loose and is easily changed.
