Comes with 2 cables, a short one for front derailleur and a long one for the rear derailleur. I use bar-end shifters and the cable for the front derailleur is too short to reach the front derailleur. I ended up needing to purchase another shift cable.

Super produit, honnêtement les gaines sont de bonnes qualités, le câble de même, le packaging pourrait être mieux mais ce n'est pas grave.Dans mon cas, la gaine n'est pas coupée pour que le câble ne se dégrade pas, j'ai dû percer le cadre, étonnamment, je n'ai pas eu de soucis pour faire passer le câble dans la gaine !
