These are absolutely beautiful. Each one is unique. You can tell these are hand crafted. Great size for sauces. I haven't used them yet, but they seem well-made.The ones I received weren't quite as pictured in that there is no gold trim edging. The edges are all black. I haven't decided if I like this better or not, so I took one star, but these are still beautiful dishes.

I accidentally dropped a dish in the sink when washing them and it didn’t break or chip. I don’t know why it didn’t break but I was impressed that it didn’t.

These are exactly high quality as expected, but VERY fragile. I'm buying 5 more to replace the broken top plate on the stacks. Something placed on them that wasn't well packed? I don't know, I just know what I need.

Short and sweet: This is a very nice set of dipping sauce dishes. It is well made and works well for the purpose. So far, it is working very well and I have found no flaws or difficulties in operation or workmanship other than tiny scratches on two dishes in one set of five and one dish in the second set of five that I ordered. I like it well enough that I ordered more, despite the scratching, because the finish is so much nicer than every other set I've seen or tested. The colors are amazing and every single bowl is unique. This is a good product. Good luck in your search.
