I struggle opening some jars. The lids are unbelievably tight. Someone told me about this gadget and I was skeptical but it actually helps/works. Just use it like a bottle cap opener and it releases the seal making it easier to unscrew the lid.

Just like the title states.I'm a senior now; why did it take so long to find this?!Can't tell you how many times I've struggled with opening the lid on a new jar, tried...hot water....damp cloth...banging with back side of knife....straining my wrist...spilling contents....! Frustrating!This little gem simply pops the vacuum, then the lid comes off with two fingers.Nothing mechanical, no moving parts.Sometimes the simple things are best. 👍🤗

This lid opener is a life saver in the kitchen. It will release the vacuum in most jars. You then open the jar lid with ease. Please note, this will not work on all jar lids. Some jars are shaped in such a way it will not fit the lid.

These jar openers are game changing. As a senior citizen, I sometimes had issues opening jars. Using this tool, it breaks the seal of the jar so the lid easily opens. I can't say enough positive things about this tool.

Was really looking forward to this! But on first or maybe I tried it ince and it was the 2nd use it snapped off. Why are these plastic? Apparently I need to spend the extra and just get metal.

Everyone should keep one in their kitchen - no more looking for someone who is strong enough to open the new jars (or banging the lid on a nail head - my hack)! It is so satisfying to hear the “pop” sound as it releases the seal, and opening a jar is a cinch. With cute frosted color options, it will make a nice stocking stuffer too.
