First off the wires are big and fat. They look way too big on the engine. I don't know why they are made so large but all I can say is think about 10 mm thats 3/8+" . I got them because they were cheap but failed to look at the distributor ends and they will not fit any FE that I've ever seen . They may be great wires but I can't use them and now can't return them. So I'm stuck with another part for something I don't own . Sorry Guys If you are like me and need to get a bargain when trying to get an old car going you may fall for the big blue wires but if you do make sure you get a distributor cap with the exposed terminals on top to accomodate the small end. I've never seen those either but maybe I'm living in the past.

The wires look and feel great but they are longer than described in the chart and I did not receive a coil wire which is standard with wire sets.The L8 is described as 36.22 inches but the L8 I received is 40.25. 36.22 was already going to be a lil long but the one I got is just silly looking. This theme carries on with the rest of the wires being so long that they will just create extra resistance and reduce spark. I mean the L1 is supposed to be 22.44 but it was actually 28.4.The company could remedy this issue by just replacing the L8 with another L1 or better yet just making sure the sizes match. Overall I want to like the product because it's pretty and properly thick. *Update, changed from 2 star to 1, no response from the company/seller and still no coil wire.

Wires look as pictures. Upgraded from 7mm to these beefy 8.5 mm wires. Truck sounds better and idles smoother. Definitely recommend if running an HEI distributor.
