I wasn't sure what to think of this grilled cheese maker, but it works really well and is super easy to use. It's oriented towards round sandwiches, and I didn't have any round rolls so I put cheese in the middle of two half slices and put it in the center and closed it up, and put the whole metal piece over a low flame directly on the grate above the burner. I then turned it over at some point, didn't really time it, but fairly quickly. I heard it sizzle a bit so I waited a bit longer took it of The burner and it easily opened up, there was nothing spilling off the side, and it basically made a grilled cheese panini with an interesting pattern on each side of the sandwich. Clean up only took a few moments. The handles are a long distance from the flame and really nothing got hot except for the metal panels. It's a great size for a quick sandwich and a terrific value. I'm going to be using it with English muffins, which should fit fit in the middle just right.

Go to the store and pick up pancake mix. Get chunks of mozzarella by a block if you can cut it about a half an inch thick and around 2 to 3 inches length add the pancake mix then the chunk of mozzarella after you’re done cooking it enjoy. You can also do it with the mozzarella and add Nutella. I’ve seen that done. This is very popular in Asia. The fact that I see it on Amazon just means they’re trying to sell it in US as a sandwich maker, but not giving the actual use of it
