Speedometer jumps, then after 100 miles it stops working, save your money don't buy

Bought this Speed sensor for my 09 Ranger 700.Installed it and fit no problem. But strangely the speedometer only consistently works when reversing.As soon I put back into drive it stops registering speed and drops to 0.

Works great so far. Fixed my problem. Speedo wasn’t reading my mph. Will update once I get more ride time on how it holds up. So far you can beat the price. Seems well made.Edit: bought a few of these now all worked great. But this last one I purchased they sent me one in a plastic housing. The others were all in aluminum housings. Had bad experience with the plastic ones of other brands. Only reason I would buy this one because it wasn’t that. Will update if it works or not tomorrow. Not feeling optimistic. .

Not sure but seems like it reads the speed a little fast , but it works and has been for a couple months.
