Lose, heavy metal framework and components should have been fitted with Styrofoam packing in the cardboard box/carton. This lose packing destroyed the cardboard box/carton - busted carton ends and ripped openings in sides, etc. Clearly, FedEx attempted to re-taped the carton. I'm amazed that parts weren't missing and equally amazed that the metal work was not bent. The product itself is good... one bolt hole was out of alignment and this caused upright frame to have a slight angle, but it's still very usable.

The box showed up with a giant hole in the side, the smaller box inside with the nuts and bolts was also ripped open. After getting it almost put together I found the screws that attach the pad to the top were missing. The instructions themselves are not the clearest and the parts list does not have sizes listed with the bolts which isn't a big deal as it's obvious if a bolt is long enough or not. Overall build quality looks good and sturdy but I'm going to have to go buy screws now.

Assembly instructions started off good, but got to a point where they weren't for the model I got or something. I had parts to install that weren't addressed, parts that were addressed that I didn't have, and parts left over that I'm sure just don't go to this thing. In the end I figured it out, and it works pretty well. Quality seems good so far. The only thing I'm concerned about is there are only two small bolts attaching the pad platform, and the pre'installed nut in the platform seems like it's going to give way at some point. We'll see.

Having a Suburban and a 4Runner I should have bought this a long time ago! Much easier on the back and legs when working on top of the engine. Being well past retirement age this will allow me to continue working on my vehicles and saving thousands of dollars (just did oil pump, timing chain set, oil pan gasket and all steering components on the Suburban and ready to do plugs and wires on the 4Runner)

Had to replace my fuel bowl and fuel lift pump on my 7.3 diesel, this creeper is a god send! Made it a lot easier to work on the top of the engine without trying to sit on the batteries, fan Gaurd or radiator. I was able to work easily and use both hands without worrying about breaking something else with my bodyweight. Worth every penny

My first one arrived with a damaged box and missing several parts most likely due to fedex .Jegs eventually made it right after calling. Email support from jegs was USELESS and very disappointing. Once the replacement arrived it went together quickly and is a very solid unit. I’m 6’4” and 300 lbs and it holds me with zero issues. Makes working on my pickup much more pleasant. Should have bought this years ago.
