I bought this mainly so I could do edging, I dont have the budget or the space for a dedicated edger. You have 2 options, 1/16" and 1/32" so you have predictable measurements every time. The instructions are clear. I dont have the JessEm router table so I made my own out of 2 3/4" pieces of plywood, I like a thicker table than most. Just carefully measure out your own table and your good to go. The t-Track rails are outstanding for adding your own jigs and stops, you don't need to install any tracks in the work table for the fence itself as it rides on its own. The dust collection port works as it should, hooked right up to the shop vac hose.

Great fence all around. Couldn't justify their very best fence with incremental adjustments for jointing etc, but this one does not disappoint. I will eventually get the microadjuster for the whole fence. Minor tearout at the end of the fence maple inserts from their milling (presumably unsupported crosscutting) but it doesn't affect function. Everything else (adjustments, dust collection, squareness) are top notch.

It took a bit of effort to install this on my own outfeed table without using the supplied brackets, but now that it’s come together it’s exactly what I wanted. Fairly straight forward. I had to improvise to mount it this way but it works and can always be reverted to work on a standard router table.

I have used a Jessem Master lift for two years and was very impressed with the quality. When I decided to upgrade my fence I purchased a Master fence 3 on Amazon from seller Pro-Distributing. Unfortunately, the fence they sold me is defective. The outfeed face is not perpendicular to the table. I discovered this flaw two days after the Amazon return period expired. I was able to fix the problem by doing some light sanding on the outfeed fence to make it align with the infeed fence. The seller Pro-Distributing offered outstanding customer service and responded quickly. They offered to replace the fence and provided free shipping. I was very impressed with them, although I did not need to get a replacement fence.

I got this fence to go with the Jessem router table and their router-lift. The first few projects with the fence went well but my last project has much tighter joinery and a problem in the fit of pieces showed up. I traced the problem to a bow in the fence of between 1/32" and 1/64". It might not sound like much but it shows up in tight joinery. You can see the gap in the photo, right above the 18" and 20" marks on the ruler. The ruler is a 36" metal straight-edge that I put tight against the fence, but clearly there is a gap between the fence and the ruler in the middle. (The gap at the 19" mark, between the two wood fence pieces, is normal).I contacted Jessem but they never replied. So I am a bit disappointed in the quality and their customer service. It is unfortunate as their other products are great.

I thought this was a little over priced compared to similar products, until it arrived. The build quality is incredible. The photos do not do this fence justice. I ended up buying my own t track, inlaid it in my custom router table, and purchased threaded inserts so i can use the original knobs.

Upgraded my router table from a Bosch Home Depot MDF cabinet box router/table. I am a novice but moving into doing more challenging wood working. I can say that this fence for a Novice is awesome and well worth the money. It stays tight when locked down. It's straight. Has great features. The jointer ability is really useful and I really like the Maple fronts (I've never been a fan of MDF). I was originally gong to buy the Jessem Master Fence II but during this COVID crisis the ones I found avialable were actually more expensive than what I paid for this fence.
