The description makes every effort to suggest that it's a complete roll of grip (over 10 meters long, picture of a entire roll), when in fact it's just a plate for gripping a single board. The product received is a brand-new, classic, well-cut Jessup grip plate.Only the description is wrong and misleading.

This grip is so strong it more or less shaved 2 layers of skin off my hand and I couldn’t be more happy with the result. As a transition skater I prefer my board to stick to my feet and that’s exactly what this grip does.

Considering this came in a ln oversized box you'd think it would be fine. Instead of just rolling it or the sort whoever packaged it actually frigging folded it. It's still basically sandpaper. When you crease it it put weak spots in the paper that are going to wear quicker. Packaging should FOR SURE step up. Might not buy again just because of that, honestly

Easy to apply. Easy to cut. Definitely not gonna be easy to take off though. Definitely what I was looking for. I recommend this to the next person who has a bunch of decks and needs great tape.

Good quality griptape and nicely packed ! I ordered a lot Girl/ Chocolate decks directly from Crailtap (they were not available on other websites) and grip isn't free and charged 10usd, hence I thought of getting these sheets from Amazon

I used this on a handgun for a little extra grip on the slide for the off-hand thumb. Works great, but haven't shot with it yet. Will hopefully not rip the skin off my thumb! This came rolled up, and there some stress points, but I am not using it to cover a deck. I am sure I will find many uses for this over time. Even as sandpaper, this is a pretty good value.

Used this instead of stippling a pistol grip. Found a template online that "mostly" worked, had to make a few mods to the template, but once done, and cut, this stuff is like gripping your pistol with Stickum on your hands. Seriously legit. The downside to this application? I wouldn't recommend holstering so the grip is against your skin. I would imagine any sustained movement would result in shaving some epidermis from your body. Sometimes a good thing, but not in this case. At any rate, if this is good on my grip, I'm thinking it would work great on a board. So buy it. Prep the surface and apply it well and be happy. Whatever they are using as an adhesive, works and works very well. This is just a very high-quality product and I definitely recommend it.

I have absolutely no idea how well this works for its intended purpose, but it worked perfectly for what I had in mind. I came across a deal on a Glock 26 that I couldn't pass up, even though I'm not completely happy with how short the grip on it is. Adding a pinky extension to the mag makes it almost as tall as my G19, and I bought the G26 hoping it would be a solution to the "printing" issues I was having with my G19 and my summer wardrobe. Anyway, I decided to buy this instead of the pre-cut kits out there to improve my grip on the gun. After about 20 minutes of cutting out pieces with a razor knife, sticking them on, and heating them with a hair dryer to make sure everything was good and stuck, I can definitely get a more solid grip on it. I was hoping it would be a little coarser when I first got it, but after carrying it for a few days if it was any coarser it would probably to rough to be comfortable against bare skin.Oh, and one other plus is that even after messing up and having to cut a few pieces over, I was able to cut everything I wanted out of a very small portion of the whole sheet. I easily have enough left over to do a least a dozen or so more.

For seasoned skateboarders, Jessup comes with no surprises. All I have to offer you is a friendly reminder that this 60' roll will easily grip 21 decks (and if you are really careful to not cut more than you need, a full 22). The rest of this review is for people who are still getting the lay of the land and aren't confident in what brand of grip tape they need:The great thing about grip tape (unlike shoes and decks) is that you don't need to overthink it. There are two kinds of grip tape in this world: Good grip tape and bad grip tape. Good grip outlasts the board it is applied to, and is 100% reliable from sheet to sheet. Bad grip is not. There are 3 (major) brands of good grip tape. Grizzly, Mob, and Jessup. The brands are not identical, but they have one thing in common: They all work fine. There will always be people who aggressively insist that that one brand is "so much better", but rest assured, you can ignore these people. The simple fact is this: If microscopic changes in grit size impact your skating that much, you have no business telling others how it is done. The only criteria which truly cause problems is the durability of the grit, and the quality of the adhesive, and in this regard, all three brands pass with flying colors. The only substantial difference between these 3 products is price, and Jessup consistently wins this category. In summary: If you don't know what grip tape to buy, your best options are Grizzly, MOB or Jessup. If you decide you really like the branding behind one of the products, more power to you, buy that one with confidence. If however you just want to get the best possible grip for the lowest possible price, congratulations. You found the end of the rainbow.*I am a licensed reseller and have access to tax-free, wholesale grip tape.
