When I opened the box I noticed the wood was broken on one of the hangers and there was some seed like things in the bottom of the box

Usually belt hangers are thin and flimsy. Not this one. This is very well made! I put all our belts on it and there wasn't any bending of the wood and the 'hooks' are holding each belt securely without damaging anything. I expect to get years of quality service out of these.

These ‘tie’ hangers didn’t arrive the 1st time even though they said it did. Customer Service responded quickly & it was easy to just reorder them the 2nd time. I’m so glad I didn’t just take a refund. They new order came quickly & are exactly what I’d been looking for!They could also be used to hang scarves, necklaces etc. They look nice & I'm so happy i reordered.Great customer service via chat. Nearly instant responses!! I may even order more 👍👍Ps I took one star off only bc the 1st order never arrived.. they did make it right⭐️

Designed to hang from closet rod except metal Hanger piece missing so doesn't work at all. Wooden piece with side metal pieces well constructed - too bad can't use it!!

This was perfect! I needed a place to organize my headbands/sweatbands I wear to the gym. I have a collection of them and they are perfectly hanging where I can see them and just grab the one I want or matches my shirt that day. I wash them and they air dry here too - perfect solution. I’m sure would work for ties or other things also.
