This was sold as being compatible with lo or acetylene, but the connection for the gas gauges/ regulator are specifically for acetylene. The oxygen psi gauge is at 50 psi when disconnected and I can't find a way to adjust it. Can't tell you how it works since I can't connect it.

As a Bench Jeweler, I find this torch one of my go to torch not only for Fabrication but for Repairs. I would highly recommend this product.
