I purchased for my plug in video cams as I move them around all the time. They are perfect for this application. Actually there are do many times I need a longer cord and these fit the bill especially for the price.

We use these with plug-in security cameras and they work perfectly! Being able to use outlet power makes it way easier to use these cameras.
