This gauze is perfect for my use in a dental laboratory where I use hot wax. It wipes clean and holds up well. I use it with water and also to high shine a waxed set up. Never sheds cotton fibers on my work.

Great for cleaning ears for large dog. These have enough strength and ‘grab’ to give an excellent result. Will buy again.

Happy with this purchase! I purchased the one pack a few times and decided to get the 5 pack this time, better buy! I love using these for my skincare routine to put on the toner- they’re a little rougher (not too rough tho), and feels like it really helps to remove leftover dirt and cleanses. I used to buy from my esthetician cause I couldn’t find them anywhere in store (only the softer kind), so I’m glad I found these!Speaking of, I accidentally bought the “Sponge Non Woven 4-Ply” (same brand and similar packaging) before when intending to purchase these, and I don’t personally like those other non-woven ones, because I feel like they’re too soft and absorb too much of the product, and don’t transfer enough. However, that kind wouldn’t probably be great for more first-aid type care when applying Neosporin or bandaging a cut, etc.Ladies, buy!

Yes, they're "non-sterile" but I can almost 100% guarantee they're made on the same line as the ones that are made "sterile". They worked just fine for a leg wound. These probably didnt get sent through the autoclave/sanitizing final last step. Sterile and non sterile gauze are the same thing until the very last step in manufacturing before packaging. Trust me, it's not a big deal.If you want cheap gauze for your injuries, get this. Just don't go packing a stab wound or use them as sponges during open heart surgery and I think you'll be just fine.

This is no fault of the pad. This is not their intended use. We wanted to use them to wrap around a finger and massage/clean our dog's teeth. They work but are too small to stay on the finger during use. We will try a 4x4 next time.

Needed some guaze pads for a minor injury. These were so cheap I figured I would try them. They seem to be just like any other guaze pads. Awesome value for your money since they are so cheap. Would buy again, but seeing as though you get a ton of them, I dont expect to buy more for a while...unless I injure myself all the time LOL.

I can't really call these sponges because they have a minimal amount of cotton between the gauze layers. They work for small wounds or absorbing liquid seeping out of a wound or cut. You'll probably want to use several for a typical cut. The packaging is bulk packaging that may be suitable for an area that uses a lot of them, but for home use it would be better to package these in a resealable envelope or tube.
