Good pulley but I had specifically asked if was a flat idler pulley and message came back that it was a flat pulley. Other than that it arrived in a timely manner and pulley looked good. The pulley that was sent was a v pulley.

This took care of the squealing noise. My husband fixed the lawn mower no problems at all installing it.

Product fit and works perfectly on my L118 mower. Genuine JD product that was an exact replacement for worn idler pulley. Noise has been eliminated and mower runs perfectly.

Part was exactly as advertised, a genuine JD pulley as pictured and described at a great price! I greatly appreciate them for being honest about what they were selling as I had just recently experienced the exact opposite with a very nasty seller who acted like it was my fault I bought an aftermarket part that they really made you believe you were actually buying an actual JD part.
