If used outdoors at temperature below 50F, the plastic will become brittle and may break. Use on flat, dry surfaces. Avoid slippery or uneven surfaces or debris. Check equipment for damage before use. The use of safety gear is recommended. Start by jogging in place before moving on to running and more strenuous activity.
For non-professionals, in order to have a better bounce effect, please bounce your feet alternately when using your jumping shoes.

I was so excited to begin a new way to exercise and have fun with rebounding class! Got the boots and slipped them on. The tightness of the tension bands made it very difficult to bounce. That fact, plus the heaviness of each boot (4+ lbs) made the simple task of even a gentle bounce arduous. Not good for a knee and hip joint that can’t take the excessive pressure needed to get even the slightest bounceI’d watched a video of someone doing a nice gentle, easy bounce on them in a rebound class and new that I could at least handle that!I searched for videos, since I was new to the type of equipment and exercise, that might have given me more understanding and insight about the tension and how to properly bounce. It showed how to “cut” one of the bands to ease the strength of the resistance or tension.I wasn’t about to cut something I’d just bought brand new - and at a hefty price!The boots were well made and quality. But I’m going to have to try a different brand.

Ordered the size XXL figuring it would equal at least a size 16-18 US. Not only did it not fit a size 16 men, it wouldn't fit most men - and this is not medium, not large not XL, but XXL. They were even too small for my daughter! Most expensive waste of money you can imagine! If you're an actual human being, do not purchase!

They aren’t the most comfortable, but I have a very finicky feat. I need like extra wide shoes and hi arch support etc. I am pretty heavy for a 5 foot three girl at 185 pounds. I think these will be super fun when I get some weight off. I’m working my way up to it. I did Add some extra Velcro because the straps are uncomfortable, but like I said I am have finicky feet

I will not re-order, They should say the color is Grey; Black and White. The book that it comes with does not give you a good explanation of how to change the things in the middle. I mean a full explanation. I am disappointed with this product. The way they display it online, it’s beautiful, with that price you would thought it would be. I order Xlarge, my feet was not comfortable in it. The product is similar to Rollerblade, if you know how to ride one. It was my first time purchasing a jumping shoe, but this brand is not for me.
