I ordered these for my DIY fire pit project. They thread on smoothly and do not leak. The swivel function works wonderfully. I needed a right angle connection to prevent the hose from kinking and these did the trick. Great parts, recommended.

Title says it all. One of the two I received is perfect. You can position the elbow where you need it and tighten the swivel nut for a nice leak free seal. Easy peasy. On the second one, the swivel nut binds to the elbow before fully engaging the male flare. The result is the elbow has to rotate in order to fully tighten on the male flare, which defeats the purpose of the swivel nut. It would still seal, but it's hard to give a pass to a swivel nut that binds to itself like that.
