My use for these is non-standard. I spend a lot of time at our local offleash dogpark and see many dogs with tufts of hair coming out. Of course, a groomer would use a tool with a handle, but you can't carry them around all the time. The coarser of the two combs is easy to carry in my pocket all the time, and it's perfect for ad hoc grooming.

I purchased this flea comb 2 years ago and would not have gotten this one , except that we took the original to son's house to defeat his cat and dog. Somehow it never made it back home with us. He is rather attached to it so I bought the second and won't be taking it out of our house. The short toothed side is wonderful for getting rid of fleas.

Like having 2 combs, plus easy to neatly store in a drawer, easy to clean. Good shape & size for cats, less bulky than handled combs.

Ergonomic and compact. The fine tooth comb works very well in catching fleas on my cat. Just need to dip in soapy water

the large flea comb is worthless, but the smaller one helps a little. What I don't like is that fur gets caught on both edges of the comb, which is irritating and difficult to remove. Just my opinion, some may like the product but it doesn't work for me.

My cats love this little gadget. I love the case the combs fit in to as it protects the tines of the combs, keeps them from getting damaged or bent. I highly recommend!

My dog is small & I needed something a bit finer. The teeth are a bit thicker than I expected. I know it's a flea comb but I can't see it picking up any fleas. I've seen finer combs. I'm using it as a regular comb for now.

I adore this combs. I have two now in different colors. I prefer this style if holding compared to the traditional combs. Combs to me are hard to maneuver on bellies, armpits, legs, necks and so on. Plus I’ve never had a comb that the tip didn’t pull hair. I try to get lighter color comb colors so that the fleas/flea dirt are easier seen on lighter colored combs. Everything is contained in one small unit, perfect for traveling as well.

Ottima il mio gatto ha preso le pulci e per togliere i residui di " cadaveri" il pettinino più fitto è eccezzionale, toglie pure il sottopelo invernale le punte arrotondate rende piacevole la pettinatura al mio gatto molto bella esteticamente qyando viene riposta.

Delivered fast but haven't had the need to use it yet. Looks and feels well made, and I love that the combs are contained within the little plastic holder... keeps everything together.

I use these to comb and clean my maltese's face under her eyes, where tears and eye gunk gather and can matt up her hair. So thankful my new vet showed me this trick; to use these tiny flea combs to clean dirt/eye gunk from her face. She looks so much better, and I think she has less tears when the hair isn't matted or pulling. I used to have to wash under eyes all the time and cut the hair close down.I thought the price was acceptable, and they do what I need. I can start with the wider toothed comb, and then move to the smaller one. Combs out any eye tears/gunk and keeps her hair from pulling at her face.
