Bought the size 6 for my niece. She's age 6 almost 7. She usually wears a 6, 6x. They are slightly big in the waist but they will maybe fit this summer and next. She likes them and wears them now rolling up the waist band. They are a comfortable material. It's nice they are not under sized, will last longer. Look just like the picture.
