This battery is the real deal! It ran a 7" monitor for 12 hours before finally calling it a day. The built-in USB-C charging is fast and super convenient for charging without needing a proprietary charger. That being said, if you have a Sony charger - this works with that as well! The built-in battery meter is a nice touch. Aside from the general reason you need an L-Mount battery, do you need USB A power? Do you need USB C power? DO YOU WANT ALL 3 POWER OPTIONS AT ONCE? You got it! This is easily my new favorite battery for the performance and features that can't be beat by any other battery in this price bracket.

I like that they take 30 watts and they work good. Put them through several rundown test to check their capacity and they delivered around 59 to 62 Whs which is pretty good, around 80% of the stated capacity so as good as can be expected. So I give them 5 stars, but know that the Neewer battery that is similar to this, but only has 20 watts USB, delivers 64Whs and is regularly cheaper than this on sale.

Im really love NP batteries. They have become my favorite, And having 3 NP powered monitors makes this a really great battery to have for my gear. I also do have lights that really work great with these style batteries. My favorite feature is that this batter can charge via USB-C which means I can charge it up if I forget my NP charger. (even though it works great on my NP chargers) I do like that It can help power my phone. I am going to need to 3D print a few NP Battery holders for my tripods so I can also use these to help power my Sling Studio Camera links when Im doing a live shoot. I have used this with my iPhone 15 Pro Max and totally brought me up to 100% so it works as a good solid Power Bank for your phone. I also have SO Many lights that take NP style batteries and having longer run times means NO CABLES on the ground. Good battery good capacity .

The JYJZPB NP-F970 10500mAh battery is a great addition to my kit and is of great value. NP batteries intended for Sony cams have become a universal battery in recent years due to modern upgrades such as the ability to charge other devices by way of USB. I use NP batteries to power my video lights as well as my monitor while shooting on location even if there’s a power source. Going cordless is clean, hazard free and looks so much more professional in the eyes of the client…they’ll appreciate you not using their electricity while creating tripping hazards. As for the build quality; I wish this battery was fully rubberized like the blue USB covers. It’s a sleek plastic build but feels good to touch and feels of quality. It seems to be fingerprint resistant but extra grip while on location would be ideal especially since I’m often in urban settings such as alleyways and industrial buildings/construction sites.Overall I find this NP-F970 10500mAh battery by JYJZPB to be of great value in more ways than one and plan on buy an additional one.I hope this helps!

I got this JYJZPB battery for my Neewer 660 LED panel lights, and it’s been fantastic. The battery lasts a long time, which is a game-changer for my shoots, especially when I’m on location and don’t want to deal with cables everywhere. It keeps my lights running for hours without a problem. One of the best things about this battery is how easy it is to charge. You can just plug it in with a USB-C cable—no need for yet another bulky charger taking up space in my gear bag. That’s a big deal when you’ve already got plenty to carry. The built-in battery indicator is another feature I love. It’s super helpful to know how much charge is left at a glance, especially since the original batteries I got with my lights didn’t have this.Another awesome bonus is the USB output. I’ve used it to charge my phone while on set, and it’s saved me more than once. It’s such a handy feature to have in a pinch, and I can see myself using it for other small devices too. This battery is a solid upgrade from the ones I originally got with my lights. It’s reliable, lasts forever, and has features that make my life easier. If you’re using Neewer 660s or anything similar, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try.

I like the new trend, when devices do not need external chargers, and can be charged with any ubiquitous USB-C power source. This battery does exactly that. After being charged, it provide enough juice to keep my Neewer video light working for a pretty long time. It fits like an original Sony battery. And, finally, if your phone or other USB-C powered device runs out of power, it can charge it. Overall, it is a good, solidly built, useful power source.

Flexible fast charging higher mAhHas a serviceable protective plastic case that also includes a USB-C to USB-C charging cable. USB-C charging means you don't have to bring a charger with you. You can charge it with a USB-C power source or you can use a USB-C to AC power adapter. The USB covers are blue making them a bit more obvious in some difficult lighting situations. They're rubber and if abused they might pull out but they seem secure enough to stay attached if not abused. There's also a USB-A out that would allow you to power or charge a device through that, such as your smartphone. Also nice is the check button and the four LEDs that give you a rough idea of the remaining charge or, the state of the charge if you're charging it.The 10500 mAh rating does mean it's a bit larger than the typical Sony or Sony equivalent NP-F970.I love the convenience of USB ports and the larger size means a bit more longevity on some shoots. I like this and will be replacing my older NP-970 with these.
