I love the tiny pieces, they light so easily and fit in my table top solo stove perfectly. I dd notice an odd smell that reminded me of lighter fluid but I can't be sure that was from the wood.

Small sticks like this work much better in my pizza oven than pellets. The wood was just the right size, breathed better and provided a more controllable heat for the oven. Its a bit expensive. If you have a saw, hatchet and some time you could make your own for quite a bit less.

Got my first pizza oven and ordered these as my first wood to burn. They're a nice size that fit perfectly in the hopper. Not too big and not too small. They're nice and dry so they were easy to light using a fire starter. But probably could've used just my torch instead. Will try that next time. And since they're dry, they didn't produce much smoke and refill quickly caught ablaze too. Also, they didn't impart much flavor to the pizza, but I prefer that. However, compared to other options, they're a bit expensive ($25/5.5lb) so I can only give them an average rating. I recommend, but I'll probably buy another brand next time solely based on the price.

KABIN Tasty Timber is perfect for wood burning pizza ovens. I only need about 5-6 pieces for (2) 12" pizza pies. Shipped fast and well packaged. Each piece is cut perfectly same length. They are all dry which makes them very easy to fire up with my fire starter. All natural hardwood, therefore no fragrance added to your pies except the wood burning smell that can be faintly tasted in each bite. The wood burns clean after initial fire up. Made in the USA is a plus. Price is on par with other brands of oak hardwood. Recommended.

What can I say, it burns! Great in the pizza oven and the tiny solo stove. The pieces are all cut as evenly as would be reasonable. Adds a great flavor to pizza in the wood oven, easy to use (because all you do is set it on fire) and dry and great. It's wood!

I really like the quality of the wood that came in this box. They will smell good, burn well, and last at least a couple instances. I own a couple tabletop fire pits, and getting wood for them is sometimes a bit of a pain. Now that I know this exists, I would happily get more boxes when needed.

Offered by the KABIN Store:- These are a good size to work with.- They are quite dry and burn well.- Does not add much in the way of smoked flavor, just fuel for the fire.- For the price, your not getting that much. Pretty overpriced.- Works great, but at this price I won't be ordering more.
