I've bought these trunks for my son for the last 7 years, or so, since he was about 8. They are the only ones he likes to wear. The variety of colors makes it easy to find something he likes. He's 15 now, but very skinny, so he can still wear the boy's sizes. I got a 14-16 this year and they fit him perfectly. The color is vibrant, the material is sturdy, and they are fade resistant. We have a home with a pool now and last year I noticed they didn't fade out with the chlorine. Honestly, the elastic around the waist wore out before the material. Last year's pair he had were 10-12's and he had those for 2 years. So, the elastic lasted 2 years. Very good trunks. I'm confident he'll be able to order the 18's next year, if needed, then it will be on to the men's sizes for him. I have found that trunks always run big for some reason.

Bought many Amazon swim trunks this year, these were by far our favorite! Colour is vibrant and hasn’t faded through the entire summer of beach fun, sun and washing. They fit my 6 year old well, and had the most comfortable waistband and lining. Very durable, and made well!

They seemed nice though we ended up returning them because my son decided he didn't like them. The fit was a little off but nothing too crazy. I'd definitely size up though.

I was SO happy to find that these come in men’s sizes as well, and the colors aren’t the typical aqua/blue/green that swimwear always seems to come in, or the never ending black of men’s clothing in general. They’ve held up to wear and tear for my two year old son, so while the stitching is lackluster, they’re well made enough to stand up to the abuse toddlers can throw at it, including scooting around on pavement! Durable, and cute to boot with matching daddy, so I’m definitely happy with them and will be coming back for more next year when little man outgrows these!

Everything about these swim trunks is GREAT!!They look very nice beside the pool….the pattern and length are just right!Great quality material, solid liner and fit couldn't be any better!!Based on the sizing guideline I ordered a 14/16 and my sone normally wears a 12 and sometime 14 depending on the brand. These fit him perfect with a little room left so they will fit him all summer as well!These are a must have!!!

Being November, all the local stores in my area have zero swim trucks in stock. Thankfully Amazon came to the rescue with their two day shipping and Kanu Surf Trunks being in stock before our cruise! The Kanu Surf Paradise Floral Trunks not only fit perfectly on our boy, but they look great. The trunks fit true to size and are made of good swim material. After three weeks of on and off use in both salt and fresh water pools, the trunks have shown no signs of fading or discoloration, pilling, or wear and tear. The only complaint my kid had about these shorts is that there are roomy pockets on these trunks that quickly fill with water when he’s in the pool and slow him down. While this is a bit troublesome for him while he’s swimming, he had no complaint about this feature while we were walking around the cruise ship and he wanted to stow a treasure in his pockets.The swim trunks are designed as pictured and the coloring is very vibrant. At ~$12 for the swim trunks, these were a steal! The trunks are vibrant, durable, and wash well. I will definitely be purchasing Kanu Swim Trunks again as my kid grows.

This bathing suit was bought as a birthday gift for my seven-year old grandson, and I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. He is of average build, but a bit on the short side. The pants legs on the suit are not too long which are good for kids running around on the beach. The material is sturdy but lightweight, so no getting dragged down with a heavy suit in the water.. The waistband is fully adjustable from the back to the front just by pulling on the sewn-in cording. The bathing suit includes handsome top stitching in addition to having two pockets with velcro closures - a nice addition. I washed the suit for the first time today. It washes beautifully and only took ten minutes to dry, with no wrinkles. My grandson will love this swimsuit, because he has outgrown "little boy" suits with sailboats and anchors, etc. on them. This looks more like a bathing suit that his "cooler" older cousin would wear. Thinking of buying another in a different color and pattern before the official start of summer!
