The charger did not charge my JVC battery BN-v408 the positive and negative poles do NOt line up with the battery. I wasted $9.00 ..

I ordered another, cheaper one, first, which burst into flames. This one works fine (have only used it plugged in at home, not the car) and charged my battery.

This was a replacement for a lost JVC charger. So far, so good. No complaints and you can charge the battery virtually anywhere.
