These shoes are great for all-weather, all-terrain purposes. They're light, sturdy and very comfortable. I bought them to wear on the Camino but changed my mind and wore another brand. Wish I'd taken these. They're water-proof and fine in the dry too. Have lots of room in the toe box area. I bought my normal size shoe and they are a perfect fit.

Versatile all-terrain shoe! Great value too. Used it for mountain climbing and hiking in central asia.

I really liked that these were so comfortable, good hiking tennis shoes and still fashionable. I didn't want anything bulky and ugly, and these were perfect. I do have narrow feet and they fit really well. So if you have wide feet, they might be too tight for you. I used these all over New Zealand and was so glad to have them. I got rained on a lot and I never had any wet feet!

I like the look of these and yes they are waterproof. Fit true to size. They are ok comfort wise but just ok as they feel a little bulky. Also they feel a bit slick for a rain shoe when walking on sidewalk.

These appear to be great shoes. However, Keen’s US sizing is way off and not aligned with industry norms. We purchased a womens US 10 which fits my wife well in just about every other instance. But we didn’t catch the fine print that the Keen US 10 = EU 40.5 rather than the normal 42. So, these were way too small. So, beware!

We are a big Keen family and these newest shoes are no different. I require a wide toe box, and some reviews state these are narrow. I did Not find that to be the case. Also, we ordered these right before a trip to Peru and they were exactly what we wanted. That perfect combo of hiking, activity, and waterproof comfort! We hiked Machu Picchu out of the box and both of us had a comfortable, effortless hike. Light, not too hot for a waterproof shoe, super flexible. Love them!

It does take patience. Lots of pain and very narrow until it wore in. But worth it once it’s stretched. Really good support. I usually buy a 7 in all shoes because I am a 6.5M to 6.5W. Everytime you wear it, even around the house or sitting, it stretches a bit.I bought this last minute for a trip to the rainforest. I removed the insert and added my orthopedist’s heel spur + plantar fascia support inserts.Day 1= wore it an hour around apartment and local errands in NyC. It was so tight overall for wide feet and hurt alot. I was very worried bc it was indeed a very tight fit but my toes had enough room at the end of the shoes - not too much space but not squashed.day2: wore it on four hour flight plus probably the entire day including traveling in cars— it was looser but hurt just sitting down because it was too tight for wide feet.Week 1: wore it 1X on a 6AM-11AM birdwatching hike on mostly flat trail in light rain and it was fine (I did have to take out my heel to ease pain every hour or so)Week 2: wore it daily in rainforest — usually on mostly flat trail paths that wraps around a mountain on grass, slate, and some inclines for 2-3 hour hikes daily with minimal discomfort— even on rainy days. Even with plantar fascia and a resolved heel spur flareup, with stretching across different terrain, the discomfort of “new hiking shoes” improved day by day. Not constricting like on day 1-2.Week 3: back in NYC and wore it out of sheer laziness of not wanting to wear work shoes for one mile walks to/from subway and errands. Barely notice these shoes are on my feet. Much better stability and support than my super chunky Pumas.

I really was looking forward to receiving these hiking shoes and I ordered my usual shoe size 8 1/2. I have two other pairs of Keen - one a shoe and the other sandals - both in 8 1/2 and they fit perfectly. Upon receiving these shoes, it was like trying to squeeze my foot into a size 8 - too short! I decided to return and order a size 9. I had no problem getting them on, toes right at the end of the shoe and had on a thin pair of socks but after walking around the house about 15 minutes, my toes felt cramped and there was no way I could hike up & down hills in these. So very disappointed.

If you have high arches and need a hiker with a wide toe-box, this is a shoe for you. These are the most comfortable hikers I've ever worn. I have had trouble finding a shoe that doesn't make the top of my foot hurt after a long hike. I was a little worried because I have a narrow heel and they felt a little wide in the heel. They have a system for adjusting the tension on your heel and although it still feels a little loose, I've not had any trouble with rubbing or moving on my heel. The strings are a little slippery and I have sometimes had to re-tie them after I get started as they tend to loosen a little bit. They have great stability and support and wash off easily if you end up in mud. Keen makes a quality shoe and I whole-heartedly recommend these.

The shoe looks nice but I do not like the overall rubbery feel and looks of it. The middle layer of the sole is too soft like a sponge, nothing like KEEN sandals that’s tough and durable. The sole design is off too as it does not provide a good support like any good hiking shoe. I would prefer to return this shoe but did not due to difficulty in return arrangement.
