This shoe is comfortable in terms of support for walking on the treadmill. I like that they’re waterproof, and I like the styling. But it is not true to size. It runs large. I have worn 8 medium in New Balance for many years. I wish i had bought a 7.5 because my feet slip in these and if I tighten them, they hurt. I’m going to go buy New Balance again when I save up the money. I would have returned these for the size issue but I failed to try to wear them until after the return window. Order 1/2 size smaller.

Love these shoes! They're comfortable, sturdy, and true to size. A little heavier than other shoes but they're perfect for me.

I ordered a 9.5 and would have expected a medium width but got a big, heavy wide width, looks like a man's shoe. Went back and looked at product description and it doesn't say anything about this being a wide shoe, it just doesn't say anything at all about what width it is. Seems a little sneaky....sold and shipped by Amazon.

I purchased these shoes for walking outdoors in MN with my dog as well as walking as a volunteer at a local zoo. I have wide feet with high arch; history of plantar fasciitis and use orthotic insoles. I also have hammer toes. Size I generally wear is 7 wide and these are plenty roomy in the toe box, even with the orthotics. I did remove the inserts that came with the shoes.These shoes are expensive! However, my previous Keen waterproof walking shoes are 10 years old and have finally worn the tread down on the heels. The material of the current shoe is softer, more flexible than my old pair. I did lace the shoe tighter as it is generally bigger overall than the shoe from 10 years ago. I have felt great walking the dog- in MN in January! Also used while volunteering. I have not tried them with any ice or snow yet and I have other Keen boots with special tread for ice/snow and will most likely switch to those.

I wore these for the first time for a mile hike. They are a very sturdy shoe and felt a bit heavy. I would not say they are true to size as they felt loose for an uphill hike. My foot moved around and slided towards my big toe on one side, which made them slightly uncomfortable.On the positive side, I did not feel the rocks from the hard sole.

Great shoes. I have worn my last pair for years. I love that they are waterproof. If you need a big toe box as I do, these are the ones you should try. I recommend them.

These shoes were great for my high arch. Even my ankles felt secure. The issue I had was that my great toe touched, not the front but the top of the shoe. They were also bulky on my size 11 feet. I did return them, but may buy them again in the future after my foot issues are resolved. Great padding, Arch support and stability.

Leider ist der Schuh so weit, dass man trotz Einlagesohle darin keinen Halt hat. Deshalb ging er wieder zurück.
