Works easy, and warms up fast. Makes getting out of a shower (especially in the cold) more tolerable. Kids love their warm clothes and towels.

I actually ended up buying two of these. Easy to use and great value for the cost. I don’t know how I made it without a towel warmer all these years.

I bought this for my daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. They love it! It works perfectly and has a lovely scent. I love that it has a handle so they can carry it from one bathroom to the other very easily.

I always thought of this as such an unnecessary item. First world pains....your towel isn't warm when you come out of the shower. But then we purchased this for our kids, and now we have less hassles getting them in (and out) of the shower. They love the warm towels, and are in an instant giddy mood when they have them after a shower. So good, we bought a second one.

Felt like one of my best amazon purchase decisions ever for like the first week. Then it stopped heating the entire towel. Didn't matter how long the towel was in the unit either, it was still giving spotty heating throughout. We tried to troubleshoot it, however, one week in these are issues that we should definitely NOT be experiencing so sadly this unit is going back and we will be researching puchases, reviews, and ratings for another. Back to the drawing board it is.

Review for: "Keenray Towel Warmer Bucket, Luxury Hot Towel Warmer with LED Display, Child Safty Lock, Heat Timer 15/30/45/60 Min Adjustable, for Hot Tub, Bathroom, Spa, Bath, Black, CL27"I was surprised at the size of this towel warmer. It is for 1 or 2 towels at a time, but is quite large! The box it comes in is about 15" x 15" x 21" high (38 cm x 38 cm x 52 cm). It says it is designed and tested in Japan and assembled in China.The box comes with the User Manual, Keenray information booklet, 2 disposal deodorizing sachets (Sea Elegance) and 1 package of Aromatherapy Tablets for the towel warmer (Sea Elegance). There was nothing in the manual about the disposal deodorizing sachets, so I'm not sure what they are for.This towel warmer resembles a crock pot with a plastic outside and plastic lid, and metal inside. It has a carrying handle for ease of moving it from one room to another. It is big enough to fit some clothes and a bath towel so that when you get out of the shower you have a warm towel to use and also warm clothes.The large towel warming bucket is about 18 1/4" high x 12 3/4" diameter (46 cm x 32.5cm), not including the lid. The inside is about 15.5" deep (39 cm) with an opening about 9.5" diameter (24 cm). It has a grounded 3-prong plug and works in a standard safety outlet found in Canadian bathrooms.The lid has a lock that turns in case you have children you don't want touching the hot surface inside the warmer, and if you don't have this concern it works even without locking the lid.When it is plugged in, the power/timer button glows solid green and the display remains black. I found the symbols for the power and timer buttons hard to read as they are just engraved into the buttons, so white on white. This could be improved to be easier to distinguish.When you press the left "Power" button, the default timer sets to 15 minutes. Pressing the right "Timer" button increases the amount of time by 15 minutes and there are small red LED dots beside the power button that indicate which timer you have chosen: 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. I find the the times really difficult to read as they are small print and just slightly raised above the surface. This could be improved to be easier to tell which timer number you have pressed.The front black display shows the timer countdown and the current temperature in white so you can see it is heating up or has reached the temperature. The white on black is easy to read, but I find the numbers quite small (0.9 cm high) compared to the size of the full display (almost 6 cm), so the size of the digital readout numbers could be bigger to be able to see without glasses for when I come out of the bath or shower.While it is heating, the power/timer button will flash green and when it reaches 140°F or higher the colour turns solid red, indicating the interior is too hot to touch.A regular clothes dryer is about 150°F and the temperature display on this warmer went up to 245°F although I have no way of measuring the actual temperature it reaches. I worried it might scorch clothing.The clothing and towels I put inside were warm to the touch when I took them out. I did not put in any clothing that was plastic or polyester or had a tag stating to dry on low heat only.When I had it on the timer for 15 minutes, the temperature reading reached a maximum and then decreased before the 15 minutes was up. Once the temperature has decreased below 140°F, the green light goes on and the display turns off, indicating it's safe to reach in to get a warm towel and won't burn yourself.Overall, it's a nice warmer for 1 or 2 towels or some heat-safe clothing, but the display lettering and symbols could be made to be easier to read without glasses.

Writing this review after using this towel warmer for a year and a couple of notes. The heating itself has an odor, and not a good one. When heated without the scent, which they include a sample of, it smells like stinky metal or rust. Towel warmers just smell like that in general, BUT having my towels come out warm has been nice and I love the ease of use and timer. I want to try putting dryer sheets in between the towel folds to see if that will help.It is quite bulky in the bathroom, especially when you need it near an outlet. It functions exactly as intended, I only wish for a better solution for the scent which has stopped me from future use.

This towel warmer works exactly as described. Easy to use..warms 2 large towels. Just like being at a spa! Fantastic on cold mornings. Has a very small footprint.Highly recommend!

I have the first version of this product. We have alway loved a nice, warm towel on a cold Winter morning. The second iteration is even better. The handle makes it a cinch to move. Since I keep it next to the door of a small cubby next to my shower I access often for cleaning supplies this is important to me. during the warmer months I usually store the warmer in a closet. Now my wife or I can do this much more easily. I like the new 2 button control with an on/off button and a timer button instead of on multi-purpose button. The new display on the front indicates the temperature and time remaining on the heater. Buy this towel warmer. You won't regret it.
