We found tremendous value in these Kendra tires. From tread pattern, to fit and performance --- suited us very well.How we are using the tires: Our kids love their black widow go-kart but if you are like us, the we needed approx. 1 inch lift to get the sprocket a bit higher so it does not hit rocks on the gravel road or in the field. We discovered the Black Widow Go Kart has more of a proprietary design and offers NO tire upgrades and none of the go-kart specialists were able to assist.These Kendra Pathfinder Tires are sized 18x7x7 (18 inches diameter, 7 inches wide and fits on a 7 inch wheel/rim). However, our stock rims are designed strictly for a 16x8x7. We found that while these new Pathfinder tires were not an exact match, we actually got a great fit and obtained very nice performance.How we mounted: All we had to do was remove the old stock tires from the stock rims (unfortunately, the stock rims seemed to bend easily, so we just deflated and cut the old tires off: used a Dewalt Oscillating tool for most of the cuts, then used 12 inch bolt cutters to get through the tire cables safely and easily located where the tire seats). Once the old tires were off, we cleaned up the rim with soap/water and then polished them up again with Ballistol cleaner to prepare for our new Kendra Tires.After applying some hand soap to the rims for easy mounting, we slid the tires over by starting on the Valve Stem side of the tubeless rim. Using a small tire spoon, we were able to easily get the remainder of the tire onto the rim fully. Once there, obviously the tire is a bit too narrow. So we wrapped a 2 inch wide ratchet strap around the tire and pulled snug. This caused the tire to 'seal' to the rim enough to inflate and fully seat.If you have this particular go kart and want to upgrade the tires, these Kendra Pathfinders may work for you as well. Note: It is important to upgrade the clutch and torque converter to at least the 30 series and maybe a bit more HP would not hurt either. We are now running on 208cc's and a 30 series tvn kit, works great.Please Note: You should always use the right tire for your rim and proper precautions and considerations should be considered before ever deviating. This was the ONLY solution we could find after weeks of searching new tire-options. Not perfect, but is perfect for us.The new Kendra's get an A+ from us! Highly Recommended.
