Don’t buy,plumber put it all together, and then goes to put plate and handles on, and plate nor handles align with their product. Have to order entire new system due to their garbage mistake

Overall the product looks great but major flaws in the manufacturing. Contacted customer service and they were useless. It's an overseas company with little English. The flow cartridge is inserted into the pressure control valve upside down. There are no instructions on how to remove and reinstall, or replace the cartridge in the future. The shower head rod is square and when hand tightened all the way is is not level. I would replace the entire product but its already tiled in.

I love the look of this set. But the tub spout spits water toward the back of the spout so the ledge of the tub gets lots of water. The shower pull doesnt automaticaly drop down when you turn the shower off.

Nice productBut had to pull apart valve and blow it out with my air compressor as it would not allow water to flow through. After that put it back together and seems to be working.
