I’m not exactly sure what I expected from this neck support, but I’m not as excited about it as I thought I’d be. It is comfortable, a good size, and stable to use. It is well made, and provides support as you relax, but in my opinion, it’s priced a little high for what it is.

Pretty firm and hard to comfortably use with a larger neck. Just doesn’t fit right nor does it feel comfortable. No instructions included in the package.It’s lightweight making it easier to transport.

After yoga, I usually relax in corpse position using a yoga block. The Original Kenko Back Neck Cloud is a much better choice than the yoga block. The Neck Cloud is supportive and designed to fit the curvature of your neck and back. I like the little massage nubs on the Neck Cloud as well; they feel good on pressure points. The Neck Cloud supports your neck at a good height that isn't too high, but one that allows your spine to relax and your neck to get a nice stretch without hurting you. I'm substituting this product for my yoga blocks for shavasana after my yoga practice.

I've been wanting one of these for quite a while and very happy I got this. This fits snuggly against the curvature of your neck and as a long term "neck pain sufferer", I really wanted to see if this would help. I've been using for a while and so far so good. I really like the little nodules on the base that do seem to hit in just the right spots. From the first minute you rest with it, you can feel the stress on your neck and upper shoulders give way. THAT I love. I've been using for 10 to 15 minutes at a time but I have to be honest, I have not used this on a daily basis. Right now only several times a week. I'm going to ramp up my usage and find the time to spend 10 to 15 minutes per day. I'm sure with the results I've seen already, it should be even better if I use it daily. I definitely recommend.

When first using, make sure to start gradually. May be 1-2 minutes, then increase time. Select the side that suits you. I’ve had dull pain in the neck for few months. Chiropractic adjustments weren’t holding until I started using this regularly. I use it at least 5-10 minutes now. Using it too long at a time is not recommended.
