Der ND8 Filter erfüllt seinen Zweck und verdunkelt das Bild leicht. Dies ermöglicht längere Belichtungszeiten.Leider kommt der Filter in einer Dose die für verschiedene Filterdurchmesser gedacht ist. Diese nimmt daher mehr Platz als nötig weg und macht das versorgen des Filters nicht in jeder Situation einfach.

My CPL filter is better than this neutral density filter. I rather get a 10 stop ND filter which is what I have then use a 3 stop ND which hardly darkens the bright areas. A circular polarizer is much more versatile than this filter, and while most CPLs are only 1.5-2 stops, this ND filter did not seems to be 3 stops.The filter does have a slim profile which is nice to use on a wide angle lens. I did not see any vignetting at 28 mm with my full frame Sony Mirrorless. I did not try it on my wide angle at 17mm.

I do a bit more landscape photography than anything else, but dabble in local wildlife from time to time. I use this on my canon lenses and it does a really good job. I don’t see any distortion or aberrations sometimes caused by this type of filter.Threads were clean and true, easily fitting on my lens. What’s more, the case is super sturdy and closes in such a way that it won’t come open on accident. Fantastic product with top notch build quality. Definitely worth trying.
