Its hard to know exactly what to say about something like this and I havent had it long enough/used it enough to say anything from experience about its ability to strengthen pelvic muscles, also, I'm not a Dr. so anything I can report is purely anecdotal. What I can say is that as an insertable device designed to connect to an electronic muscle stimulator, it definitely works in that regard. I already had a muscle stimulator that I use when I have a knot in my shoulder/back and this device connected to the leads from it without any issue. I tested it just held in my hand at first to make sure it was working correctly and it tensed the muscles in my hand as expected.The device itself is a hard plastic but is very smooth with no edges or anything that could cause discomfort so in that regard it is extremely well designed and made. The leads are plenty long to get away from the body before connecting to the stimulator leads.As far as the device being used for its intended area, it is comfortable to insert and is smaller than it appeared on the photos which is fine as that makes it comfortable, a small amount of water based lube is all that is needed to insert it. Once turned on with my stimulator it took turning it up a couple of notches to be noticable beyond a tingling sensation, once it is turned up a little you can feel it tensing the muscles and based on the area I avoided turning it up too high for comfort where with pads on my back I aim for the peak intensity to be just a tas above comfortable as that works knots out the best in my experience. I could definitely feel it causing the muscles to contract with the pattern of the stimulator unit so it works as intended.I'll try to remember to update this as I use the device more to see what the results longer term are.

I ordered this electrode for e-stim. This large electrode is about 3.5" long and 3/4" diameter, and is fully sealed with 2mm female leads. This probe is designed for vaginal use but can also be used anally, and is easily rotated to target different muscle groups.

So it's a little confusing and unclear (at least to me) in the listing but you need an EMS device to plug this into, which isn't included. I actually have one but it's a small butterfly type and the wires didn't fit the plugs in it. There is some info on the package on what type of EMS device you need, but that really should be in the listing, not all the way down on the page well past the break. I'm not even sure if you can use any EMS device or just the one shown down at the bottom of the page. So it might be worth trying if the unit can be returned to see if it will fit. It seems like a quality device and not as large as it looks on screen so probably wouldn't be uncomfortable.

As it states, it's a replacement part for the K-fit kegel toner. You need to own the device to use this, which I do. It's a perfect fit and does the job. No complaints. I would not recommend getting this without first making sure it's compatible with your EMS device, I believe it's only intended for the K-fit.

I can't review this item as I don't have the portion that creates the electrical pulses, so I'll leave a neutral 3-star rating. I got this in hope that this would work with my EMS too but it is specific to K-Fit only. The device is fine for vaginal insertion but for anal use, this may be a bit too much for some folks. The electrode is about 4 inches long and 3/4" in diameter and is fully sealed with 2mm female leads.
