This thing is a great powerful little loaded enclosure. It is indeed 108lbs and that is quite heavy. It is Internally braced very well. It is incredibly powerful. It knocks harder than you will likely want or need. As a veteran car stereo haver dude lady, I can say this is by far better than any custom box I've ever had built. It's very nice feeling and lord is it heavy. It will handle 1500 watts RMS which is more than you need. I've got it paired with the audio control 1.1500.. it pairs nicely. I've never had this much domestic violence at my fingertips. It's crazy. Also for some of you who have never had an L7. L7S are regularly mistaken for 2 12 inch subs. They are just better. They are also better at generating SPL per watt than your larger magnet subs (Those eat power just to overcome the stiffness of the basket/magnet)This thing fills the air inside a suburban and then some. You'll have way more than you can handle in a small hatchback. (Which is good)Basically say no more fam.

1 year later and these bad boys are still kickinnnnnn. I installed them in my nissan sentra 09. RIP trunk space. Worth it though. These kickers ain't no joke. Bass is ridiculous and quick to set off car alarms. If you're looking for sounds these are it. Don't hesitate just buy them.
It doesn’t fit my vehicle

I received a pair of these, and there was one subwoofer defective one so I returned it and got my refund. I gave it a 3 star just cause of that but all in all they are decent speakers for decent performance.

Like it and it sounds great. I have a small amp hooked to it and it’s still is just awesome. I can’t wait to get the correct amp for it.

Besides a swift kick in the head from a mule, you won't find a better way of rattling your brains.Seriously, throw 1500 watts at this thing and hold on to your mustache chuck. This thing slaps!I put it in the back of my Jeep Wranger with a tonneau cover and the top down. This monster rolls the bass out like it's crammed in the back of your old hatchback in the 80's. Massive bass. Seriously massive.

This particular setup is awesome because it comes loaded in the box with excellent quality craftsmanship and a beautiful embroidered logo and a single 2 ohm terminal that makes installation a breeze square subwoofers provide at least 20 additional percent of cone area and therefore deeper base and a more rigid cone that increases the longevity of the speaker compared to round subwoofers although the power requirements are a little bit higher it's worth it when you have limited space to work with
