I purchased this tablet in March 2024. By June 2024 the tablet has sections of the screen where it would not respond to touch. You had to turn the table from either landscape view to portrait view to click on things. My daughter didn't mention it until the end of July which is when I tried to contact the seller about the issue. I was told right away to contact Amazon. Which I did. To make a long story short. The tablet says it has a 3 year warranty. I was not given any option for the 3 year warranty and go through Amazon just to get assistance. So, not only is this tablet poor in quality as it was slow, response time in loading items or just even the tablet alone was very poor. Warranty is not honored as you do not know who to really contact about the warranty. If you go to the seller they just automatically tell you contact Amazon. Amazon has a time limit. If you go past that you might get help you might not. It depends on how long it has been. Then you also might not get your full money back as there is a restocking fee. Then the so called case is a joke. It doesn't protect anything because it is too thin and flops around. Just save yourself the headache and the money and DO NOT BUY THIS POORLY MADE TABLET!!!!!!!!

El producto llegó rápido, el empaquetado debería tener más cuidado ya que la caja de la tablet tenía un golpe fuerte, como si le hubiesen golpeado con un martillo. Aunque la caja es gruesa dejo undido el cartón y casi llega a la pantalla del dispositivo. Bolsas de aire estarían bien para protejer el paquete, de resto está funcional. La tablet es rápida en comparación a otras de su precio. No sé laggea y es perfecta para niños.

The tablet is great but the protective case it came in it's not the correct one it does not fit correctly. How do I get the correct one for the tablet that I bought?
