Hickory wood chunks have become my go-to for adding a bold, smoky flavor to my grilled and smoked meats. These chunks burn clean and provide a long-lasting smoke, ensuring your food gets infused with that delicious hickory goodness.They arrived quickly as promised and using them is simple: just toss into your smoker or charcoal grill. Wood came neatly packaged and is the perfect size. It has been great in the fire pit and smoking on the grill. Cherry adds a nice flavor. Will definitely be ordering again.
