Almost 5 stars, but the opening at the top could be wider, as it's a little difficult to get the scoop in, to scoop out ice. Otherwise, makes great ice in minutes!

I love this icemaker. It's extremely convenient, particularly when you don't have room in your freezer. The ice produced is small and melts rapidlyin the heat However, the icemaker continually makes ice, you just have to add water when indicator light goes on.

When I got this ice maker, I followed their directions and started it. I walked away and soon I heard something so I went back to look if something was wrong and it dumped the first set of ice within 10 minutes. When it’s full it stop making ice, if you use some it makes more ice right away until it’s full again. Sometimes I don’t use it and Sum ice will melt. When it melts, it just goes into the water reservoir and notices that ice is low and remakes it! Awesome Machine and I would recommend it to everyone. No more going for ice!

Works perfectly, everyone loves it. It seems to be durable, very fast, small enough to sit on the counter, ice tastes good and it’s a soft crunchy ice. I thought the price was good but at checkout I thought I was being charged for two but I suppose the additional cost was actually the shipping fee. I tried to inquire about this and Amazon said contact the seller and if got no response to contact Amazon again. I never heard from either one!
