This part was an exact fit for the Kalamazoo KG Dash 31. The screw holes have not even changed in this part that was designed in the 30s.

Excellent tuners. Look like the originals but, work much better! I love Klusons!

Perfect fit on my '67 Gibson SG Special. Looks like the real thing. Just need 40 years of beating on them to age them properly!

They do the job, but they are overall not as tight (as Tonepros or Gotohs) which is something many of us prefer. Actually no two tuners had the same tension: one was VERY tight and other two were loose, three were just right (for me). Historically correct single-line KLUSON DELUXE on back, but not as deeply engraved as they should be (at least comparing them to Gibsons, Wilkinson and Tonepros). Buttons are ok and completely cream color, no puke green buttons here. Bushings are ok and screws are a bit soft (at least for grown-man tools), so be wary. Nothing to be excited about, overall: wouldn't trust them to last a lot. I wish the manufacturer provided better packaging: the flimsy cardboard box is a joke, unlike the very well packed Gotoh SD90s. 3/5 just because sadly there are no other 3-on-a-plate tuners I'm aware of, so please ponder if you want to go for historical accuracy or reliability.

Tuners look almost exactly the same as the originals which had brass tuning posts. The nickel plated posts look better, but the bushings were too large for the existing holes and looked different than the original bushings. I left the original bushings in and after cleaning them up, the whole thing looks mighty pretty.

These tuners are an excellent choice for replacements on Gibson guitars and other instruments such as the re-issue Danelectro's.They fit in the headstock without re-drilling. I've used them on 1950-60's Gibson ES-125's they fit perfectly and hold tune without problems. Reasonably priced and they have the vintage look.
