replaces the need for sets of metric and imperial spanners. smooth jaws for damage free installation of plated fittings - working directly on chrome!. Also excellent for gripping, holding, pressing and bending workpieces. Zero backlash jaw pressure prevents damage to edges of sensitive components. Fast adjustment by pushing a button directly on the workpiece. No unintentional shift of the gripping jaws and no slipping of the joint. Parallel jaws give a more solid grip; its design allows flexible adjustment of all widths up to the specified maximum size. The ratchet type principle allows quick and easy tightening and release of all bolted connections. Increased gripping capacity thanks to two additional setting positions: variable gripping of all widths across flats up to 40 mm. 10 % less weight with the same stability. Practical adjustment scale: a laser-cut scale allows the wrench opening to be set before gripping. with narrow gripping jaws - for tightening situations that require a slim tool.

Parlando della misura 180, è un attrezzo versatile da tenere sempre in tasca per chi fa manutenzioni.Dubito seriamente che le misure più piccole o più grandi di 180 siano altrettanto pratiche (i.e. non mi ci vedo affatto a lavorare con una misura 250 su un dado da 10, anche se in linea di principio è possibile, e con misure più corte di 180 c'è decisamente poca leva).Non è economica, ma è un attrezzo che si acquista una volta sola e che poi dura negli anni (salvo smarrirlo...).

Knipex brand make awesome tools, these pliers and their parrot beak ones are unbelievable for quality and usefulness.It’s a pity they are expensive but as is said, you get what you pay for, wish I had discovered them years ago. Made in Germany.

Knipex makes the best tool in this category bar none. Unreal versatility and the 180mm is the most useful all rounder size that fits in a pocket or pouch. German quality. Top notch. Shipping a little slow to Australia but that’s not uncommon.

A must have! I didn't realize how much I would use this little tool. They didn't impress me much until I got used to they way they act as a ratcheting wrench. You never have to remove them from the fastener. I takes a few times using them for it to become second nature. Once you get the hang of it, they will be your go to in more situations than you can imagine. They will always be in my tool pouch.

In my line of work I needed a tool that checked a couple boxes, this does that and then some. Never knew this style existed until a roomie pointed out his Knipex. It's now the most used tool in my kit... Ease of use, ability to fit in tight areas, jaws that don't need to be opened wide to use thus no large handle span, and of course quality. By far the best!
