I've used them several times for electronic work on guitar amplifiers that I restore and they work great for the price.

Nice little tool with smooth jaws, makes it nice to use on wire/cable you dont want to nick. I’d say it’s worth the money.

I am becoming increasingly wary of amazon reviews for all sorts of products. Some quality brands are failing compeletey and the stas don't relect that. The stats don't seem to match the negative reviews that I see of complete failures of expensive products. This comment in unrelated to any knipex product. Knipex products are fantastic in my experience. I have many of their products and I love them all.As a side note, it seems that all proces have gone up under the guise of covid/supply chain. Bezos is going to double his revenue ove the next two years.....for nothing.

these are nice pliers. the wider tip comes in handy when needle nose pliers are too thin

Knipex is the home of pliers. I believe that’s all they make and have ever made. I needed some buck bill pliers for school and after trying out another pair, I returned them and got these. They’re easy to hold and open with one hand. The balance is nice, as well. We haven’t gotten around to using them yet, but I’m sure they’ll perform as expected.

Use this to straighten bent wire belting. Doesnt damage wire. It also doesnt handle well with heavier gauge. Starts to flex when twisting sooner than id like. Over all good tool.

Purchased to remove SATA cables with the locking latch feature. I find it difficult at times to unlatch some sata cables with the locking feature by hand especially if the sata cable is located within a cluster on the mobo. These pliers are thin enough to fit between sata cable headers and wide enough to can easily remove any cable (with or with out latch) within a sata cluster. The wider "duck bill" design firmly supports the entire sata head which reduces any wobble during an extraction. Top notch build quality - only draw back is the tool is not esd certified.

This is the best pair of plyers I have ever owned, period! I am professional car mechanic and use them daily. They are awesome for removing hose clamps and for tons of other applications because of the duck bill jaws design. They are expensive but worth having. I can pretty much throw all of my other plyers out and use just this pair.

This thing is built like it belongs on an operating table. It's one of the most finely-crafted pliers I've ever seen. They're perfect for picking out wires from harnesses when you need to do some soldering work.

Helped me fix some damage on my Travel Trailer aluminum door trim. They are very good quality and you can always count on Knipex tools for that. I could not find this style in any hardware store near me so bought them on line. Recommend to anyone doing small aluminum or light weight metal repair.
