Ordered this as a Christmas gift for my father-in-law. He absolutely loves it! The photo sharing is awesome! The App is easy to navigate and the color and resolution is awesome! Wifi connectivity is easy to set up, plenty of storage and memory. Overall it’s a great gift and value for the price.Would order again!

This photo frame is wonderful. The colors and photos look so bright and alive. It’s a little expensive but it’s worth it.Very easy to add pictures to and to handle.If you’re looking for a picture frame they will do great with photos. I recommend this one..

I have been thinking of getting a digital photo frame and this one is perfect. It was delivered on time in good condition. Works great, simple and easy to set up. I can choose to upload photos to the cloud or just stick a usb. It’s multi functional, works as a clock, alarm set up in addition to digital photo frame. The best part is revisiting and cherishing the memories that otherwise would just be accumulated in our phone photo gallery. Highly recommended.

This frame was purchased as a 2023 Christmas gift for my 92 year old mother. She wanted something that she could watch family photos as she relaxes in her favorite chair. This was a perfect size for her end table, and she loves watching those precious memories as old and new pictures rotate across the screen. The Positive Feature: It has a great screen resolution. However, why I give this frame only 1 star? There are several reasons! First, the app for uploading pictures to the frame only allows you to upload 9 pictures at a time. WAY too cumbersome! The easiest way to transfer photos to the frame is to put them on a usb flash drive and upload them that way. So in that instance, the app is not even necessary! Second, the factory loaded album named “PICTURES” that highlight the features of the frame keep reappearing after deleting the album over and over again! Therefore, the pictures in that album keep appearing in the photo rotation! (Other reviews mention the same thing!) I have emailed the customer support email address that came with the frame with no real success. I know I’m not the only person having this issue! Lastly, if you “crop” a photo on the frame screen itself (nice feature, if only it were that easy!) it saves the cropped photo as a new picture, rather than updating the original upload. So you end up with 2 pictures of the same image on your frame. I wish I had researched digital frames before choosing this one. Unfortunately, I didn't get the frame set up soon enough to realize these huge faults, so I’m beyond a return window and am stuck with this one. The little setup booklet that comes with the frame really only shows you how to get the frame registered and set up for initial use, and the YouTube video isn’t much help beyond that. If you’re looking for a nice digital frame, I recommend looking elsewhere!

Purchased this and a SD-memory card as a Christmas gift for my mom. I took a spare SD-card and preloaded it with some family history, and up to date photos of all her grandkids. I inserted the spare SD, configured the initial settings, tested, and wrapped it.As a hobby photographer, I love the display / color resolution, and with the standard display time of 5 seconds, more than 100 pictures will take about half an hour to cycle. I like the traditional picture frame style, and it can be table-top or wall-hung. There was a firmware update that loaded during setup. I was unable to do a Wi-Fi picture transfer (losing half a star possibly because of the firmware update). I did not spend any time trying to diagnose - not a deal-breaker because it will be instantly usable when unwrapped - using SD.Speaking of which, the purchased SD is being used to collect more pictures, including celebrations out-of-state. The switch will happen after opening.
