USED FOR ONE DAY AND BROKE. ALL OF MY PHOTOS FROM MY VACATION WERE ON HERE AND THEY DISAPPEARED. WENT TO BEST BUY AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS LIKELY A CAMERA MANUFACTURING ISSUE AND THAT THE FILES WERE CORRUPTED SO I WONT EVER GET MY PHOTOS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MODEL.

We bought this for our granddaughter and she loves it. Small and flat enough to fit pockets and small purses. Lightweight and easy to use.

Initially, the camera was working great. I took a couple pictures with it. The next day it started to show minor issues. For example, it take 25-30 seconds to turn on (yes I timed it). Secondly, there’s a flashing orange light when charging. I’m assuming this is an issue with the battery since the battery percentage drops to 50% after a couple minutes. I do not want to buy a new battery for a “new” camera I just bought. I’m really disappointed because I was genuinely excited for this camera. I want to return it but the return policies are very strict. Are there any exceptions ?

package missing so many items, looked used / previously opened... returned immediately as it wasn't a new unopened item as promised
