Ordered 5 toilets. Had them on site to install when ready. 1 was broken when I opened box but “ was outside of window “ for return. Bad policy. I now wasted $ 800 .0 on a toilet that was received broken.

The toilet is great. Powerful flush, and pretty quiet. However, the seat broke off the hinge the first day of use. Amazon gave a partial refund and I got a Bemis toilet seat, which is so much better then the plastic crap that came with the toilet.
