Fantastic belt. The ratcheting buckle works as described and allows for very precise fitting. The belt is rigid enough for all types of gear to ride securely. I also like the fact that it is slim enough to fit through belt loops or virtually any belt attachment. It's just very well designed and very well constructed. Be sure to check into all the buckle and belt options! There are many. My only complaint, and it is minor, is that I would prefer a rigid plastic belt keeper to the elastic band provided. The elastic works OK for now, but elastic never holds up over time.

I wasn't sure I'd like this belt when I bought it 13 months ago. Now that I've had it for over a year, I can say I love it. Initially I felt it was too stiff. Sure it coils nicely, and goes around me easily, but it doesn't bend otherwise. It took a bit of getting used to. However that stiffness means your gun doesn't sag on the carry side as much as the elastic or leather belts I had before. I find I'm not pulling it up every so often like I used to. The downside is, my gun doesn't move (at all) when I sit down and it occaisonally catches on the seat belt connector or something. It was easy to size, but like most other reviews have said, leave it long initially. Mine was extra long, and it was fine, but after a year I cut another couple inches off of it, and I still have quite a bit of play either way. The sizing printed on the inside of the belt is pretty much right on, but still, go long when you set it up initially. If you cut it short, you've just made a great gift for any friend who is thinner than you.Now that I've worn it pretty much every day for over a year, I can see the visible wear and tear is minimal. The buckle has some coating coming off the bottom of it, leaving bare metal underneath. You really can't see it unless you look, and frankly to have this little wear showing after a year is surprising, in a good way! I initially felt the buckle seemed a bit small for the task, but I've never had it do anything other than work perfectly. There is no sign of looseness or damage whatsoever. The pivot points are solid, the mechanism works smoothly. The other wear mark is to the belt itself, located exactly where I carry my holster. The blacking on the leather is starting to come off on the bottom of the belt where the bottom part of the holster clip rides. My holster is kydex, and the clip is a hardend plastic. I feel a lot of this is because my gun seems to want to hit the seat belt connector in my truck every other time I sit down, pushing the holster clip up against the belt. It's still very minor, and easily covered with some black shoe polish, so I'm not worried. Finally, the plastic lugs that provide the ratchet type closure are what I expected to fail first, or at least show some wear by now. However, as you can see in the picture, there is absolutely none visible. I am surprised by this, because I'm not a small guy and my belt gets some tension on it! I was worried this would be an issue, but so far there isn't even any visible wear on them. Very happy with that.Overall, I'm well pleased with this belt and will continue to wear it. It is easily the best belt I've ever had for every-day carry of my firearm.

I love this gun belt. It’s sturdy, and it will fit if you follow directions on cutting. I didn’t notice the damage and cannot exchange it after cutting, but that is okay. The belt is still very high quality. I think it simply came this way from the factory.

I read the reviews, good and bad, before I made the purchase. It came in a few days ago. As a member of law enforcement who carries every day I assure you this is a fantastic purchase. Easy to measure for size and then attach the buckle. And as far as comfort and security? It holds up under the weight of a handgun superbly, and I almost didn't even feel like I was wearing it. So glad I made the purchase.

As a former Marine who is 66 years young, I prefer well designed and well made gear, that I can depend on.I have 4 Kore Belts(3 Nylon, 1 Leather) that I use daily. The leather belt and buckle are for dressier occasions, the nylon ones for all times. I like that this belt comes with spare screws, the Allen wrench to adjust them, and a belt loop that matches the color of the belt.I like how these belts can easily be discreetly adjusted and how comfortable they are. I suggest the version made for carrying a concealed handgun. I have concealed carried a full sized 1911 and these belts work great. It's even more comfortable with a smaller handgun like a Sig P365XL.I purchased my first Kore belt about over 2 years ago, and though it's been worn often, it looks almost new.I like Kore belts so much I bought one for my older brother.

I needed a belt to appendix carry my edc. This was a belt I wanted to use. It exceeds my expectations in every way. It is stiff but not overly so. The cut for a custom fit by me was simple and I ended up with the exact length I wanted. I can not explain the ratchet buckle but to say this, the buckle & belt work together. It is so simple it is ingenious. Quality components and constructions. Durability will be time tested. I am very pleased. The seller/shipper was independent and order, ship, receive was super fast. Highly recommend.
