I purchased one of these Kriddo baby bikes for my grandson. It’s a perfect first time balance bike. I fell in love with it immediately. The safety and stability of this bike is just what I was looking for. However , I experienced one small issue. One of the wheels was missing a bearing. I contacted Kriddo (not Amazon) and they responded immediately. Their customer service is the best ever. They sent me a replacement very quickly. Thanks Kriddo for being an awesome company. 5 Stars for you!

My son loves it but the duck doesn't stay on and the pin came out so the seat doesn't stay in place either. But pverall it is super cute, very durable, and very easy to put together. I am happy with the purchase.
