This product did not work. Left my windows a mess. My husband who is 93 had to get up on the ladder and clean them again . I am not sending an empty bottle back . And I don’t have a printer. So let me know what I can do to get a refund. Thank you

Easy to use, cleans both screens and windows well. No streaks. We live on a busy street and very dusty windows. Love how easy this is to hook to hose and spray. Has never damaged any plants or grass.

I used this product on windows too high to reach. Worked great, it was cool to watch the dirt wash away. Easy to use and didn’t take too much water

We live in a 2 story house and I had high hopes for this product, especially in cleaning the outside of the windows on the second floor. But unfortunately I was left with streaky glass even though I followed directions exactly.

So our windows hadn’t been cleaned outside in a year. Tall two story with 30 windows. This stuff going through the water hose really dissolved all of the caked on dust and dirt. It made my job so much easier. It’s a keeper for sure.

I used this to wash windows that are not safely accessed by ladder, at least not by me. On 2nd story windows did a good job. Some windows had the screen on the outside and it cleaned the screen nicely as well as the window. I have very hard water and it still left them cleaner that when I washed by hand. (Which required contortions to reach thru an open window to try and reach the outside) I just wish I could have reached the 3rd story windows. Maybe if I turn up the pressure on the water system or use a ladder to reach with the spray. At any rate faster easier and does a better job than risking life and limb to try and clean the windows. Well worth the $.

The off, rinse, and soap knob was a little hard for me to turn. our windows we very dirty because no one has lived here for a couple of years. I followed the instructions, but the first two windows were streaky and using a sponge didn't seem to help. I got the carwash brush so I could scrub and rinse before washing. It worked well. I washed then rinsed not streaks windows are clean and look good. Since we bought the property hopefully the windows will never be that grungy again. I try to do my outside windows twice a year so they shouldn't get very bad. I will use this product again.
