This review is more about the fulfiller, Gear Nuts, than about the keyboard, which is OK. Gear Nuts is not OK. To their credit, they communicated with me. I just could not believe anything they told me. I bought the keyboard new, supposedly, but the product box had been cut open and the contents rifled, notably the accessory package. It had been cut open. Only a get-started sheet remained. I contacted Scott at Gear Nuts through the Amazon app. He insisted the keyboard is new, and they only open the box to get the serial number. "Scott, the serial number is on the outside of the box along with a bar code. Maybe, given this keyboard costs $3,000, it should have one of those product seals like a laptop, and you all respect it?" Scott insisted nothing was missing from the accessory package. Even so, how could I believe him after he told me the bogus serial number story? So, then I started my research project reading reviews and watching unboxing videos on Youtube. Well, it turns out many people raved about the 300+ page musician's manual that comes with the keyboard and makes using the advanced featutres possible. What!? Well, this keyboard has nearly as many buttons as keys; of course it has a users manual. "Scott, where is the users manual?" Scott insisted the Kurzweil company is trying to save trees. His words! So the manual is exclusively on line. I watched several unboxing videos for this specific model. There in the videos and located in the accessory package, the accessory package that had been cut open in my box, was the 300+ page manual! Plus some cables and items I could not identify. Next communication from Scott, "The keyboard does not come with the manual, as in the unboxing videos." He could not or would not explain what was missing from my cut-open accessory package. That's when Gear Nuts started offering me $100 to be happy and shut up, which I declined. I am not happy and would rather write this review urging you to avoid Gear Nuts on the Amazon Marketplace. As for the keyboard, it works. I don't know if it is new, or a return, or what is missing. It was Christmas time, and who wants an empty tree? Avoid Gear Nuts unless you like to hear stories that don't make you happy.
