I ordered these boots on the whim, there wasn’t really any reviews so took a gamble as every other website were charging 2x the price. The boots came folded in a package & with insoles in a bag. I was skeptical at first as it seemed flimsy, but after putting in the insoles & went to a con wearing them, my feet didn’t hurt! I’m a size 13 Wide, but these were very comfortable & didn’t fall apart on me. They are exactly how the pictures look. It’s a zipper on the back that slides from the bottom to top. There are no tightness adjustments, but they had fit me perfectly with also tucking in my pants so the boots top were showing. I think it was worth it for me
