Sector gear was great. Pinion ended up fitting too loosely on the steering column and immediately stripped on the first use. Ordered a different pinion that ended up fitting more snug on the steering column and has worked out great so far. This was installed on my JD 155C

The steering cog they sell here must be made of pot metal of something else very cheap. Although it looks good and is the proper size, it will only last about 30 minutes worth of mowing before it’s so chewed out, you will lose all steering again.
