Use the weights to help my daughter with her bat speed during hitting practice in the cage. They work great as she hit off the machine. When she took off the weights and used just her bat she definitely was swinging a lot faster with increased power from the bat speed. Love these weights and great price.

Yes you do need to secure it occasionally but being able to move it around and not have to slam the bat to remove it makes it a winner. Great product.

I like being able to move the weight to any part of the bat I want but it definitely works better up near the hands. DO NOT BUY this as a weight to share with your baseball team in the "on deck circle" as they will end up putting it on their bat loose and swinging this thing right off the bat possibly hurting someone or sending it flying out on the field. This is good for training purposes but not sturdy enough for gameday. Even if I wrap this thing tight around barrel, my 10 year old with full swing will send it flying.

Easy to use right away and my son loves to bat with it in place. The other bat weights don't allow you to that. It's a simple but great product!

Daughter is a travel ball player and a power bat. She is working on developing her strength and increasing her bat speed. These help with both.The main pro is that the weights are easy to store and to take on and off. The main con is that they do not stay in place on their own. There is a strap you add to help hold them in place. It adds to what you need to carry with you and does not store as easily. You can use the weights without them, you just have to stop every few swings to re-position.

This hitring tool is a must have! I looked around at some other hitting training tools. Comparing this to the other two hitting tools I thought about purchasing, this product was the clear choice. The fact that you can move it anywhere on the bat, beats out the other two, and your not having to buy two separate products to do so.Buy it, you won't be disappointed!
