The on/off button is defective. It gets stuck and it’s hard to press down. When it finally turns on, it will randomly turn itself right back off. I can’t leave it plugged in because it has randomly turned on without the button being pushed so now we have a fire hazard. Cheap and poor quality. Do not buy.

It will want a towel but you need at least 20 minutes to get it hot. The towel should be unfolded and placed so it’s touching the sides. There is no heat on the bottom. You need to use the small items hooks for small items like socks. It has a light on the bottom to show it’s hot but in normal daylight you can’t see it. ( see pictures)

Y'all, this is a must have in your Bathroom. I have a Spa, and I have these in all my rooms. Our clients complement us every time they take a bath. They all say the same thing "I love the warmer. I have to get me one of those warmers for my bathroom, those towels are so warm and nice."

I’ve been using this product for 1 year and worked good but for some reason it didn’t turn on anymore and I contacted the company customer service and they made me easy the process of replacement . It’s really important the quality of the product but it’s even more important to have a great customer service in case anything comes up like it happened to me

i was gifted this from my hubby and i love it! i put towels blankets and socks in here so everything is toasty when i get out of the shower! i even comes with hooks to use inside to hang up rags or clothes. i like the 30 min timer. The 15 min one doesn't heat everything through, like the ends of the towel will be warm but the middle isn't super warm. however, on the 30 min towel its perfectly warm throughout - so i just don't think 15 min is enough to heat.

I’m in Northern Illinois and I didn’t know I needed this. I definitely wanted it for quite some time. Yeah no, now it’s a necessity. It has made this Spring that just won’t quit so much more bearable. I’m confident the winter will be significantly better now too. Only downside is I have a small bathroom so it must be banished to right outside the door. A worthy item to have and it works perfectly thus far.
